Flughafen Hof-Plauen GmbH & Co KG is the placeholder of the Hof commercial airfield - EDQM - in Upper Franconia/Bavaria.
We are looking for an employee in operational service / apron service (m/f/d) as of 01.10.2023.
As a ramp agent, you are responsible for the safe and orderly flow of flight operations on the airport apron.
This includes aircraft handling with fueling and billing.
In addition, you will be deployed in the workshop operations of the vehicle fleet, in winter services, the maintenance of green areas, as well as in the airport fire department.
You are the "face",

see first after landing!
What we expect from you:
- At least secondary school diploma or higher
- Journeyman's certificate ideally with work experience, one of the following professions.
- Car or commercial vehicle mechanic
- alternatively agricultural machinery mechanic
- Driving licenses for classes B, CE and for industrial trucks (forklifts)
- You will meet the following requirements for fire department:
- Valid G26.3
- Breathing apparatus carrier authorization
- Fire engine operator
- Group leader
- You are an active member of a volunteer fire department
- Existing additional training is an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Willingness to work shifts and duty on weekends and holidays
- Absolute reliability, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Independent responsible work even in extreme situations
- Friendly, customer-oriented appearance and motivation
