Seit 03.04.22 gelten weiterhin die Basisschutzmaßnahmen sowie unsere Hygiene- und Infektionschutzmaßnahmen.

Beachten Sie unsere Hygieneschleusen:

  • Desinfizieren Sie dort Ihre Hände und tragen Sie medizinische oder FFP2-Maske, immer dann, wenn Sie den Abstand von 2m nicht einhalten können.
  • Zur Bezahlung der Gebühren NUR einzeln eintreten!
  • Bezahlen Sie bitte kontaktlos, per EC/Kreditkarten, aerops,  auf Rechnung oder Kundenkonto
  • Verlassen Sie ggf. das FP-Gelände immer auf direktem Wege (Drehkreuz).

Pax restrictions/requirements

1. restrictions
note 1:
Temporary travel restrictions apply to all non-essential travel from third countries to the Federal Republic of Germany. This does not include flight restrictions.
note 2:
The restrictions do not apply to German citizens.
note 3:
Exempted from these travel restrictions are travellers who have resided and last stayed in the following countries: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan.
note 4:
In addition, entry into the Federal Republic of Germany is permitted to all PAX who have resided and last stayed in third countries, provided they are fully vaccinated against sars-cov-2 coronavirus. Persons under 12 years of age who have not yet been vaccinated may enter if accompanied by at least one fully vaccinated parent.
Due to reciprocity reservations note 4 does not apply to PAX who have resided and last stayed in the following states: China.
This does not apply to PAX from third countries who have an imperative need for travel (see note 6).
A PAX is considered fully vaccinated under the following conditions:
1. The vaccine must be listed on the website of the Paul-Ehrlich-institute.
2. PAX must have received all the necessary vaccination doses required for a complete protective vaccination as listed on the website of the Paul-Ehrlich-institute.
3. At least 14 days have elapsed since the last required vaccination, except for recovered persons.
4. PAX has not stayed in an area of Virus Variants Of Concern during the last 10 days.
Note 5
PAX must present a digital COVID certificate of the European union (EU-DCC) or an equivalent proof of vaccination before departure to the carrier.
EU-DCC is valid for a maximum of 270 days after the last vaccination dose. World health organisation international certificates are accepted as an equivalent proof and are not subject to a maximum period of validity.
EU-DCC or an equivalent proof of vaccination must be checked by carriers against ID card or equivalent prior boarding.
The vaccination certificate must contain at least the following information:
1. personal data of the vaccinated person (at least surname, first name and date of birth),
2. date of vaccination,
3. number of vaccination doses,
4. name of the vaccine,
5. name of the disease against which vaccination was received, and
6. Characteristics that indicate the person or institution responsible for carrying out the vaccination or issuing the certificate, for example an official symbol or the name of the issuer.
7. accepted languages of proof of vaccination: German, English, French, Italian or Spanish.
Note 6:
Entry into the Federal Republic of Germany is permitted to all PAX from third countries who have an imperative need for travel:
1. EU citizens and third-country nationals with current right of residence in Germany,
2. healthcare workers, health researchers and geriatric care workers,
3. skilled and highly qualified foreign workers if their employment is necessary from an economic perspective and the work cannot be postponed or performed abroad,
4. freight transport and other transport personnel,
5. seasonal workers in agriculture,
6. seafarers,
7. foreign students, trainees, volunteers,
8. persons immigrating into Germany for the purpose of joining their families and visits for urgent family reasons or short term visits of core family members (husband/wife, minor children, parents of minor children) or unmarried partners in a relationship with German nationals, EU citizens and third-country nationals with current right of residence in Germany or joint short term visits of couples (third country national and German national/EU citizen) residing together in a third country for important reasons,
9. persons in need of international protection or for other humanitarian reasons,
10. diplomats, staff of international organisations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers in the exercise of their
functions,
11. ethnic German resettlers,
12. Passengers in transit.
note 7:
entry from third countries into the Federal Republic of Germany for the sole purpose of onward travel to another EU-/Schengen state is
permitted.
This applies under the following conditions:
1. the time spent in Germany is limited to the duration required for direct transit to the destination state,
2. the third-country national is permitted to enter the destination state in accordance with annex I or annex II of the council recommendation (EU) 2020/912 of 30 June 2020 or an individual confirmation of the granting of entry issued by the destination state.
Under these conditions, entry by air and onward travel to the country of destination by land is also permitted. It is the traveller’s responsibility to prove the right of entry into the country of destination and the route of travel in the event of controls.

Pax/crew requirement

1. Requirements
Note 1:
Carriers must provide information of the German federal ministry of health to all PAX.
Note 2:
Please advise PAX to check travel restrictions, testing and quarantine obligations prior to departure.
Note 3:
EASA and ECDC guidance strictly recommend the use of medical face masks for all passengers and persons at the airport and in the aircraft as a minimum standard. (EASA/ECDC covid-19 aviation health Safety protocol). Please advise PAX accordingly.
Note 4:
On all flights to Germany all PAX including transit PAX must present proof of a negative test for SARS-COV-2 or a proof of vaccination or a proof of recovery of sars-cov-2 before departure to the carrier.
Proof of vaccination:
EU digital COVID certificate (EU-DCC) or an equivalent proof of vaccination. World health organisation international certificates are accepted as an equivalent.
EU-DCC is valid for a maximum of 270 days after the last vaccination dose.
PAX including transit PAX who have stayed in an area of variants of concern (VOC) during the last 10 days before entry must present proof of negative PCR-test for SARS-COV-2. A negative antigen-test or a proof of vaccination or a proof of recovery of sars-cov-2 alone will not be accepted. For transport staff further exemptions may apply. Please check against regulation.
Children younger than 12 years are exempted.
Note 5:
The following tests are accepted:
1. High-risk area or non-risk area
1a.: antigen, the sample collection for the test must not be older than 48hrs before entry.
1b.: PCR or POC-PCR test, the sample collection for the test must not be older than 48hrs before time of or planned time of departure.
2. Area of variants of concern PCR or POC-PCR test, the sample collection for the test must not be older than 48hrs before time of or planned time of departure.
Note 6:
On all flights to Germany carriers must only transport PAX including transit PAX who have presented proof of negative test for sars-cov-2 or a proof of vaccination or a proof of recovery of SARS-COV-2.
Further exemptions may apply.
Please check against regulation.
Note 7:
A proof of negative test for sars-cov-2 or proof of vaccination or a proof of recovery of sars-cov-2 is subject to additional checks by the federal police / competent authority at destination airport in Germany.
Note 8:
Designation of high-risk areas or areas of VOC: carriers are strongly advised to regularly review the designation list. Designations are subject to change at short notice.
Note 9:
Entry registration:
PAX who intend to enter Germany and who have stayed in a high-risk area or an area of VOC within the last 10 days prior to entry must register electronically.
Use of digital online procedure is strongly advised. Paper-based registration is only accepted as a replacement if electronic registration is not possible, official substitute registration form must be used.
PAX transiting via a German airport are exempt from entry registration.
Further exemptions apply. Please check against regulation.
Note 10:
Proof of successful entry registration or substitute registration form must be kept by PAX at all times and presented on request to the carrier or the competent authority.
Note 11:
Proof of successful entry registration or substitute registration form must be checked by carriers against ID card or equivalent prior boarding. Carriers must only transport PAX who have presented  proof of successful registration or substitute registration form. If the data provided is obviously incorrect, carriers are prohibited to transport PAX. PAX transiting via a German airport are exempted.
Note 12:
On flights from Schengen countries to Germany substitute registration form must be collected by the aircraft crew and handed over to the competent authority at the destination airport in Germany. On flights from non-Schengen countries to Germany substitute registration must be kept by PAX and handed over to the federal police / competent authority at the destination airport in Germany during border control checks.
Note 13:
Flights from non-Schengen countries to Germany: proof of successful entry registration and substitute registration form are subject to additional checks by the federal police / competent authority at destination airport in Germany.
Note 14:
Carriers are prohibited to transport PAX from an area of VOC to Germany.
This restriction applies to all travel of PAX originating from an area of VOC.
Exemptions: the transport ban does not apply to
– PAX having German nationality and PAX residing and with right of residence in Germany as well as their spouses, partners from the same household, minor children and parents accompanying their minor children. In the case of flights from member states of the European Union or the United Kingdom Of Great Britain And Northern Ireland:  the transport ban does also not apply to PAX with a partner in Germany (German nationality or right of residence in Germany) who does not belong to the same household,
– PAX transiting a German airport including transit from or to  another Schengen country,
– Exclusively cargo or postal or ferry flights,
– Repatriation of aircrafts and crews,
– Transportation of personnel in the interest of public health,
– Ambulance flights and flights transporting transplant organs and necessary accompanying personnel,
– Flights for urgent humanitarian reasons,
– Flights on behalf of the EURATOM safeguards, the international atomic energy agency, the United Nations and its agencies, the European Union and the European centre for medium-range weather forecasts,
– Members of a foreign diplomatic mission or consular office as well as their accompanying spouses, partners from the same household and minor children whose appointment and arrival has been notified to the federal foreign office,
– Transport of persons accredited by the respective organising committee for the preparation, participation, implementation and follow-up of international sporting events,
– Transports of vaccinated PAX for which the federal government of Germany has confirmed that their transport is in the national interest.
Three days in advance, carriers must notify to the federal police flights from an area of VOC to the federal republic of Germany for transport of PAX residing and with right of residence in Germany and for PAX having German nationality as well as their spouses, partners from the same household, minor children and parents accompanying their minor children.
Note 15:
Crew exemptions – entry registration:
Crews entering Germany and who have stayed in a high-risk area or area of VOC during the last 10 days before entry are exempted from entry registration provided that compliance with appropriate safety and hygiene concepts is guaranteed. This does not apply to crews who have stayed longer than 72 hours in a VOC within the last 10 days and will stay longer than 72 hours in Germany.
Note 16:
Crew exemptions – testing:
Crews are exempted from mandatory sars-cov-2 testing. This does not apply to crews who have stayed in an area of VOC during the last 10 days before entry.
Note 17:
Crew exemptions – quarantine:
Crews entering Germany and who have stayed in an international high-risk area or area of voc during the last 10 days before entry are exempted from mandatory quarantine. This does not apply to crews who have stayed longer than 72 hours in a VOC within the last 10 days and will stay longer than 72 hours in Germany.
Note 18:
PAX travelling as part of an official German delegation via the government terminal of BER or via CGN and having stayed less than 72h in an international high-risk area are exempted from entry registration and presenting a proof of negative test for sars-cov-2.
PAX travelling as part of an official German delegation via the government terminal of BER or via CGN and having stayed in a VOC area are exempted from entry registration. PAX must present a proof of negative test for sars-cov-2.
Note 19:
PAX travelling professionally in order to transport goods (esp.medical supply): requirements of note 14-16 apply. Further exemptions may apply. Please check against regulation.
Note 20:
Carriers must name a single point of contact (SPC) for information requests from the health authorities. The contact details of the SPC (company name, complete address, telephone, e-mail) must be communicated to oegd-kontakt@rki.de
Note 21:
Carriers must keep the electronically stored booking data of PAX for flights from an international high -risk area or area of VOC to the federal republic of Germany available for 30 days after the arrival and provide them to the health authorities on request.
This applies, in particular, to electronically stored data for identification and contact details of travellers as well as to seating plans.
Note 22:
The crew of an en-route aircraft must inform upon identifying a suspected case of communicable disease or other public health risk on board the aircraft promptly the destination airport according to ICAO PANS ATM doc 4444.
Note 23:
Disinfection of aircraft: mandatory for all AOC holder and TCO.

Note 25:
Non-compliance is an administrative offence and subject to penalties.

Landkreis Hof – Corona-Basisschutzmaßnahmen ab 03.04.22 (updated)

Der Freistaat Bayern hat die bislang geltenden Regelungen größtenteils aufgehoben bzw. angepasst und bis zum 30. April 2022 verlängert.

Digitale Einreiseanmeldung | Ersatzmitteilung Einreise | Substitute Registration Form (Update: 14.02.22)

Gemäß der hier genannten Verfügungen und NOTAMs müssen alle Personen (Crew und Passagiere), die aus Risikogebieten am Flugplatz Hof landen, eine digitale Einreiseanmeldung abgeben.

Ersatzweise ist auch eine Anmeldung in Papierform (Ersatzanmeldung | Aussteigekarte) möglich, wenn die elektronische Abgabe aus technischen oder Verfügbarkeitsgründen nicht möglich war.  Ersatzanmeldungen in Papierform sind an das zuständige Gesundheitsamt zu senden, alternativ im markierten Briefkasten unterhalb des Towers abzugeben:

 

Alle betroffenen Flüge werden gemäß internem Ablauf- und Meldeschema behandelt. Alle Ersatzmitteilungen, die nicht direkt durch die Einreisenden selbst an das Gesundheitsamt gesendet wurden, können diese ausnahmsweise auch durch den Flughafen Hof dorthin per Email dorthin versendet werden.

Coronavirus-Einreiseverordnung (CoronaEinreiseV)

Die Coronavirus-Einreiseverordnung regelt bundesweit einheitlich die Anmelde-, Nachweis- und Quarantänepflicht sowie das Beförderungsverbot aus Virusvariantengebieten (gültig bis 28.04.22).

Das Gesetz zur Änderung des Infektionsschutzgesetzes und anderer Vorschriften ist am 20. März 2022 in Kraft getreten. Die Regeln für die Einreise nach der Coronavirus-Einreiseverordnung bleiben inhaltlich zu großen Teilen unverändert. Die Änderungen betreffen die Definition des Genesenennachweises,des Impfnachweises sowie des Testnachweises.

Schutz- und Hygieneregelungen am Flughafengelände:

Sehr geehrte Kunden*innen,

aufgrund der aktuellen Entwicklungen und Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit den Corona-Pandemie und dem weitgehenden Wegfall der gesetzlichen Corona-Maßnahmen seit dem 03.04.22, haben wir unsere Regeln für den Zutritt und das Verhalten auf dem Flugplatzgelände und beim Flugbetrieb neu bewertet und angepasst:

Bitte beachten: Alle staatlichen Vorschriften (Basisschutzmaßnahmen Bayern) zur Corona-Pandemie, gelten – unberührt der nachstehenden Regelungen in ihrer jeweils gültigen Fassung – zusätzlich:

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass wir im Rahmen des Hausrechtes ab 03.04.22 weiterhin nach unseren Haus-Regeln den reibungslosen und uneingeschränkten Flugbetrieb sicherstellen wollen. Entsprechend bitten wir unsere Kundschaft, Gäste und Firmen die Vorgaben gemäß unserem Infektionsschutz- und Hygienekonzept zu beachten.

Dies betrifft insbesondere das Abstandsgebot sowie die Empfehlung zum Tragen einer Maske!

  • Die ausgegebenen Transponder sind für die jeweils erteilten Zutrittsberechtigungen aktiviert.
  • Im Rahmen des Schutz- und Hygienekonzepts sind am Haupteingang / TOR 1, dem Zugang im Aero-Center, am Landegebühren-Container sowie der Coffee-Lounge Hygieneschleusen eingrichtet.
  • Fremdpersonen (z.B. Handwerker, Firmen etc.) haben Zutritt im Rahmen erteilter Arbeitsaufträge unter Beachtung der Abstands- und Hygienevorschriften.
  • Der Zugang für alle Piloten / Flugzeugbesitzer ist unter Beachtung der Abstands- und Hygienevorschriften gestattet.
  • Tragen einer Maske (FFP-2 oder medizinische Maske), wo der Mindestabstand von 2 Metern nicht eingehalten werden kann (Betriebsdienstcontainer – Landegebühren)!
  • Die Zugangsbeschränkung zum Tower und der Staatl. Luftaufsichtsstelle bleibt weiterhin gültig!
  • In den Räumen der Luftaufsichtsstelle Hof sowie bei Stichprobenkontrollen auf dem Vorfeld gelten die Schutz- und Hygienvorschriften der Regierung von Mittelfranken.
  • Auf dem gesamten Flugplatzgelände gilt unser Infektionsschutz- und Hygienekonzept.
  • Einreisende nach Deutschland aus Risiko- und Variantengebieten halten sich an die gültigen nationalen Regelungen (im Aushang), beachten zugehörige NOTAMs und melden Ihre Einreise digital an unter: www.einreiseanmeldung.de
